If you have a question or request, we can typically have an answer from China in 12 hours or less. The time change between countries works to our advantage, so we can be working on your behalf 24 hours a day.

Many of the items we source in China are produced in 10-14 days and put on a jet for air delivery. If your order needs to be shipped by boat, we’ve got that covered too. Our rates are very competitive based on our high volumes and are inclusive of taxes, dues and customs.  From securing documentation to coordinating handoffs, we take personal responsibility for 100 percent satisfaction whether your F.O.B. is China or to a final destination in the U.S.

We do our own testing.

T&B searches high and low for products that we can stand behind. Everything we bring into the country must comply with safety standards, be lead-free and meet CPSIA requirements. Therefore, we do our own testing because our reputation is on the line.

Samples are a given.

Production is never started without your (or your client’s) sign-off on a sample. What you see is what you get—and we don’t want any surprises or compromises.

Invoicing and payment.

You can choose to have your check held in the U.S. until your order is received. T&B can invoice you from the U.S. or China—the choice is yours and the price is the same.
